i have a AMD Radeon HD 8570D. More and more games using Vulkan and i get allways error massages that i dont have Vulkan installed. So i googled it an it was said, that i cant download it manualy and i will get it over the driver installation for my graphic card. After downloading the driver for my graphic card i got still those error massages. Am i doing something wrong or is there a new driver with the Vulkan support out there ?

Yes, I already used the Intel driver & support assistant and there are no updates needed. There are no updates needed for Dell too. However, I did install the Dell's AMD Radeon HD 8490 and HD 8570 Graphics Driver, as found in this link: -us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=80x13So it's 100% that a DP-HDMI cable will not work here?
You would probably need to downgrade so many packages that I would strongly recommend continuing to use the in-kernel radeon driver, as it stayed in development for much longer and (combined with modern Mesa OpenGL) really offers decent performance.
